About the Event
You are warmly invited to attend a special community event in Leeds, organised by Leeds International African Arts Festival (LIAAF) in partnership with St Barnabas Primary School. The gathering marks the presentation of Unyielding Floods, Peter Caton’s powerful four-year photographic documentary capturing the impact of flooding in South Sudan. Peter Caton will be delivering the presentation himself to the South Sudanese community in Leeds, creating space for reflection, dialogue, and cultural connection.
The event will take place on Thursday, 6th August 2026 at St Agnes United Church, 21 Shakespeare Close, Leeds, LS9 7UQ, from 12:30–2:00 pm.
