Green Drinks Leeds - January 2026

It’s the fun meetup for people passionate about climate, nature and social justice; it's Green Drinks Leeds!

Get to know other sustainability professionals, community organisers, campaigners, academics, entrepreneurs, students and more! We welcome folks from all backgrounds.

Most of this event will be agenda free - chance to hangout, network, catch up with friends, and find out what is going on in Leeds’ green scene.

Around 6.30pm we'll hear from this month's guest speaker - Lucy Meredith from Leeds Community Energy. Leeds Community Energy started as part of the Climate Action Leeds project to look at what needs to be done to make housing and energy more sustainable and to support local action around community energy and energy saving in the city. The group now contains more than 60 members who come from community groups, the energy sector, tenants associations, academics, climate groups and interested Leeds citizens.
