Want to meet and share ideas with people who care about environmental justice? Then join us for the next Green Drinks Leeds!

We welcome folks from all backgrounds. You can expect to meet students, entrepreneurs, sustainability professionals, community organisers, campaigners, academics and more!

Most of this event will be agenda free - chance to hangout, network, catch up with friends, and find out what is going on in Leeds’ green scene.

Around 6.30pm we'll be hearing from this month’s guest speaker Ursula Glendinning about Quaker climate action. The Quaker tradition has never been one for 'business as usual.' From refusing to tip hats to royalty to standing on the front lines of peace protests, Quakers have always been pushing for progressive change. Today, this push is needed more than ever: we cannot have peace without justice, and we cannot have justice on a dying planet. Ursula will discuss the history…
