Climate Action Leeds induction workshops

Our induction workshops cover the “what, how, and why” of the Climate Action Leeds  programme! Over four participatory sessions we’ll cover:

• how we plan to transform Leeds to a zero carbon, nature friendly, socially just city
• the key facts about the climate emergency
• a deep-dive into how radical social change happens
• an introduction to building effective groups

The sessions will take place over four Thursdays: 11th, 18th and 25th January, and 1st February 6-8pm. We would encourage you to attend all of the workshops if possible.

The sessions will be facilitated by members of the Climate Action Leeds training working group are a great opportunity to meet passionate like-minded people from across Leeds, and are a great introduction for those who have recently got involved in climate activism. These are open  sessions, so anyone interested in taking action on climate change is  more than welcome, you don't have to be involved with part of the Climate Action Leeds programme.
