An Introduction to the Art of Listening (and the Joy of Being Heard!)

Join us for a gentle and light-hearted exploration of active listening skills and the ancient lineage of the Listening Circle approach to revealing and healing the many aspects of “relationship” in our lives. 

In this full-day workshop, we will discover what listening skills are, why we need them more than ever in our World today and how they can enhance and deepen all our interactions. 

Of course, the other side of listening is being heard, so we will take a mindful look at how we can express ourselves effectively, without causing unintended offence or diminishing ourselves or others in the process. If you’ve ever felt your voice has not been heard or your concerns dismissed, exploring these issues can be a little frightening at first but can really help to empower us to speak out and speak up effectively when the time comes.
