About the Event
Looking for a free, family friendly community day? Join us in Harehills at the Compton Centre as we get together to learn, share and act to improve our environment and local neighbourhood.
Organised by Harehills Action Team, this fun day will feature clothing workshops, a dance performance, plant giveaways, a street market of eco-friendly products, food, books and more!
At 2pm there will be a panel discussion on climate change and climate repair featuring Claude Hendrickson MBE (from Climate Action Leeds) and more to be announced.
The event will include:
Storytelling activity with Climate Action Leeds and Imagine Leeds
A drop in upcycling workshop using patches (feel free to bring your own material if you wish) with Esustainable Fashion
