About the Event
Climate Action Leeds (CAL) Network Gatherings happen twice a year and offer Network members – and any other interested community groups – a chance to come together for feedback, networking, sharing knowledge, and hearing about opportunities.
This event on Thursday October 8th will start with a re-introduction to CAL as we move into phase two of our work. Martin Flynn (CAL Network Coordinator) and Simon Dixon (Project and Venue Manager for Imagine Leeds) will be updating people on the CAL Network and Imagine Leeds, respectively.
The day will then feature some great guest speakers:
Sue Hoey, from Together for Peace, will be presenting key learning and reflections from across the eight neighbourhood hubs that ran in CAL’s first phase of work, between 2020 – 2025. This is based on interviews and a report produced by Sue, along with colleagues from CAL and the University of Leeds.
