A new and exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of the Climate Action Leeds Programme.
Working as part of a city-wide movement seeking to create a ‘Zero-carbon, nature friendly, socially just Leeds’ by the 2030’s, this new project is part of the £2.5 million climate action programme of work in Leeds funded by the National Lottery Climate Action Fund.
Our Future Beeston hub worker (Ref: 232)
We are seeking a passionate, locally rooted individual who has passion for community work and cares about climate change to act as the local hub worker in the Beeston climate action hub.
Title: Our Future Beeston hub worker
Hours: 15 hours per week flexible including evening and weekends
Salary: £25,550 Full Time per annum / £10,220 Actual per annum, with 5% employer pension contributions
Contract type: Fixed term for 3 years
